PAOs,

When I teach my my social media class, I stress that marketers must plan and schedule their content.

We are so used to "flying by the seat of our pants" in our personal social media use that it can be hard to think in terms of planning and scheduling posts, but it is vital to using social media effectively for promotion, as we do in CAP.

So, how do you make it work? The professionals call it "content marketing" and it all revolves around figuring out what will be the most effective messages to send to our audience, and then planning and always having things in teh pipeline.
