[CAP-PAO] SUI D-6 form

-- Working as a team within the group/wing and higher HQ.

 Many squadrons isolate their PAO in the mistaken belief that the unit PAO works ONLY for the unit CC. Since PA is a cooperative mission, directed from NHQ/PA, through Region PA, and through Wing PA (who is the manager of the wing's PA program, and this includes all subordinate units), when they isolate themselves, everyone loses. 

The above goes also for the wing PAO, up and down the chain.

What kinds of things do you recommend be in the SUI D-6 for for squadron Public Affairs?

Information on all assistant PAOs, including their length of assignment, specialty track status, division of responsibilities (who does what), etc.  Any PA qualifications from outside CAP maybe?

What other kinds of things are generally included?
