[PAO] Title of Public Affairs Person at Wing Level

When I was the Florida Wing PA, the title was director. And, to boot, I wasn't a direct report to the wing commander, but instead under two layers (a chief of staff and a deputy chief). Was it kosher with the 20-1? No...
