[PAO] CAP-PAO Digest, Vol 38, Issue 1

I'm the PAO for the wing and that's the title I use, although it is, in
fact, a wing directorate level position.  My email is simply
PAO at pawg.cap.gov...  It's simpler and easier for squadron members to
remember, and to relate to.
