[CAP-PAO] Promotion lists for Newsletters

Let me check with VAWG's director of E&T, he had to help me last month because there are people in both old and new system!

We do a slide deck, which is a nice carousel to put on facebook, multiple images for Instagram, and PDFs nicely to put on wing website...for max visibility. I also wait until the 5th of the proceeding month as some units may approve for last month a day or two into the new month. The 60 day report for cadets works well to check you got all from last month and then continuing into the new month. Bottom line - great way to recognize member achievements!

I have recently started editing a wing CAP newsletter, and am having
trouble finding the best way to identify recent promotions.

For the cadets, I have the recent promotions report, but I don't find a
similar report for senior members.

for those of you who edit newsletters, where to you find this information?
