David,

You asked this question several days ago, and we have been having a few 
problems with proper delivery of messages to this list and also CAP-COMM 
and CAP-NTC.  Your original may not have come through.  Even mine were 
being held.  :-)

Yes, the list is still here and available for talk about the PAO program 
and related subjects.

This list was created in 1997, long before the era of social media.  The 
current volunteer leadership in Public Affairs prefers to use their 
closed Facebook group for shop talk among PA staff, which is fine.  It 
is not my intention to try to stimulate conversation here, but this 
email list is a resource that is still available for use.
