[PAO] New Pacific Region social media presence

Dear PAO colleagues,

This weekend Pacific Region launched a more robust social media presence,
and I am excited to share our pages with you.

We are taking a more strategic direction with our Facebook Page, using
metrics to guide us on the scheduling of our posts.
