[CAP-PAO] SUI D-6 form

All,

What kinds of things do you recommend be in the SUI D-6 for for squadron 
Public Affairs?

Information on all assistant PAOs, including their length of assignment, 
specialty track status, division of responsibilities (who does what), 
etc.  Any PA qualifications from outside CAP maybe?

What other kinds of things are generally included?
